We are handling on regular basis various corporate structure & re-structural matters like incorporation of companies and LLPs, merger & amalgamation of companies as well as various corporate compliance related matters like conducting board & members meetings, annual compliances, etc. We are not only restricted to the above aspects but we have expertise of more than 15 years of real estate exposure & hence we also deal in areas of RERA and The West Bengal Apartment Ownership Act, 1972.

Jesserjee is mainly driven by CS (Mr.) Rajarshi Ghosh, who is a B.Com (H) from St. Xavier’s College, Calcutta, a Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India & LLB Degree holder and having 20+ years of experience in corporate laws. He was engaged with the real estate giant Hiland Group in Kolkata as the Secretary of the entire group and gained experience in various avenues of corporate compliance as well as legal and real estate matters. He also holds positions of independent Directorship in companies like Acknit Industries Ltd., Bengal Energy Limited, etc.
