Apartment Owners Association (AOA) is incorporated in accordance with the provisions of the West Bengal Apartment Ownership Act 1972 and the Rules and Bye-Laws made thereunder for maintenance and management of common areas and facilities of real estate projects.
A registered association enjoys all legal benefits in terms of protection against rules violation, addressing grievances raised by any of the apartment owner, safety of residents, legal action against builder, record maintenance, taxation, banking, etc. We help in incorporation, post incorporation election process (physical/ electronic/ hybrid), accounts, audit, tax and other compliances.
